Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks is an American actress who is best known for her performance as Joan Holloway in the seven seasons of the AMC's time-travel drama Mad Men (2007-2015). Her performance in the show earned her critical acclaim and six Emmy nominations for the category for best supporting actress. In her career till now that spans more than two decades she has also gained recognition for her roles in the legal drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. The actress is well known for her performance in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey At Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. Her voice was used in animated movies like Toy Story 4, Scoob! and From Up on Poppy Hill. Her career began in modeling, which she pursued through the years, until her first appearance as an actor on TV with Undressed in 1999, a television series. She had her first significant part in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers. After her appearance, she received praise for the role she played in Firefly. Esquire magazine chose her to be the most sexy woman on earth and Best-Looking American Woman for the year 2010.
