Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara has been a Romanian/German television and film actress for over a decade. Alexandra is famous for her parts in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the sole daughter of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. When she was 16she already secured a number of TV roles including the lead role in Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. In the Oscar nominated film Downfall the role she played as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudljunge was also critically acclaimed. The other Oscar nominated movies featuring the famous diva are The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex. Alexandra is well-known for her work in numerous notable projects, both in the United States and internationally. A few of them include the British biographical movie Control, Greek drama movie The Dust of Time, and French historic miniseries Napoleon. She also served in the jury panel of the Transylvania International Film Festival, and at Cannes Film Festival.
